LONG POT LIFE 4:1 HARDENER

Back to Hardener page

Product Description:
A long pot life hardener for vacuum bagging, RTM, or wet lay up. Very long work life in the laminate (about 6 hours), with fast cure response to external heat make this an ideal vacuum bagging or RTM hardener. Exhibits very low exudation allowing secondary bonding with minimal preparation. Cured material has >180° F HDT without a post cure, improving with a mild post cure. Easy to use 4:1 volume mix ratio (100:22 by weight). Very low viscosity allowing use with many different Jeffco Resins. Low odor, no VOC’s, 100% solids.

Product Uses:
Composite parts made by hand lay up, RTM, vacuum bagging, or infusion.
