Hardener page
Product Description:
A slower version of JEFFCO 3102 Hardener for warm weather use. Retains all benefits of 3102 with a longer gel time (25-30 minutes @ 77° F). Drops right in to an existing 3102 pump system. Also used in place of JEFFCO 3109 in cold weather as 3156 cures quickly in cooler environments. Exhibits very low exudation allowing secondary bonding with minimal preparation. Low odor and low to moderate skin toxicity for wet lay up laminating. Cured material has >170° F HDT without a post cure allowing finished laminate to be used at elevated service environments. Easy to use 4:1 volume (100:22 by weight) mix ratio. 100% solids.
Product Uses:
Composite parts and tooling made by hand lay up, vacuum bagging or press molding.
