JEFFCO 6004-LV
ANHYDRIDE CURING AGENT
Back to
Hardener page
Product Description:
Proprietary anhydride hardener. High strength, medium pot life, lower viscosity, faster curing and improved clarity versus competitive anhydride hardeners. Jeffco 6004LV’s low viscosity gives a significantly lower mixed viscosity with standard epoxy resins, which can improve many processes previously requiring a heated resin system. Jeffco 6004LV’s proprietary formula has a higher Tg than standard competitive anhydrides, typically resulting in a 10°C improvement in Tg. Even though it has a standard pot life at 85°C, it cures faster at standard anhydride cure temperatures. Jeffco 6004LV is extremely clear, with a Gardner color of <1 for cosmetically better parts compared with competitive anhydride curatives. No solvents, 100% solids. Complies with FDA 175.300. Ships DOT non-regulated.
Product Uses:
Filament winding and other large heat-cured parts. |
