Product Description:
Rigid epoxy resin, based on Bis-A. Medium viscosity diluted resin with low toxicity and odor for increased build or for tropical environments. 100% solids, no VOC’s, DOT non-regulated.
Product Uses:
Filament winding, RTM, hand lay up laminating, vacuum bagging, tooling and pattern work, clear castings, adhesives, surface coatings and chemically resistant flooring. Excellent general purpose use.

Mixing:
Use and store between 65° -80° F (product and ambient temperatures), 45° F minimum. Use below 45° F requires special hardener selection, consult with Jeffco sales personnel for recommendation. Remove surface contaminates such as water, dirt, rust, and petroleum products. Wax or "release" mold surface before epoxy application. All Jeffco hardeners are compatible with Jeffco 1303 so proportion resin in accordance with the selected Jeffco hardener. Use of 1303 resin in RTM or filament winding processes require specialized hardener(s) and equipment. Mix resin and hardener for 3-5 minutes being certain to scrape mixing container bottom and sides. Mix no more material than can be applied before pot life expiration.
Curing:
JEFFCO 1303 cures overnight at typical ambient temperatures (50° - 90° F) with full properties developing in 7 days, see hardener data for specific cure schedules and properties.
