Product Description:
Modified epoxy novolac tooling resin for superior high temperature resistance and excellent physical properties. 100% solids, clear, and highly resistant to crystallization in cold environments. No VOC’s and DOT non-regulated.
Product Uses:
Hand lay up laminating, tooling and pattern work. (Generally used with Jeffco
3137 hardener and cured at elevated temperatures).

Mixing:
Recommend JEFFCO 1337 be used between 65° -85° F (product and ambient temperatures). Use below 45° F requires special hardener selection, consult with Jeffco sales personnel for low temperature recommendations. Remove all surface contaminates such as water, dirt, rust, and petroleum products. Mold surfaces must be waxed or otherwise "released" prior to epoxy application. All JEFFCO curing agents are compatible with JEFFCO 1337, however the material is generally used with JEFFCO 3137 hardener. Proportion resin and hardener in accordance with the selected Jeffco hardener. Mix resin and hardener for 3-5 minutes being certain to scrape the bottom and sides of the mixing container. Mix no material than may be applied before the expiration of the pot life.
